This weekend enjoy the 49th Annual Coker Creek Autumn Gold Festival on Saturday and Sunday, October 14-15, 2017, from 9am to 4pm. Held the second weekend of October, the two-day event brings crafters, artists, food vendors, entertainers and more, from near and far.
The whole family will enjoy gold panning, wagon rides, demonstrations, music, great food, and displays of small engines. Registration for the Queen & Princess Contest begins at noon on Sunday, with the contest beginning at 1pm. Be sure to visit the artists in the Ruritan Building, a new feature this year. Come out and have some fun!
The Autumn Gold Festival is held in the heart of the Coker Creek Community on the grounds of the Coker Creek Elementary School, 130 Ruritan Rd, Tellico Plains, Tennessee 37385, at mile marker 34 on Hwy 68 south of Tellico Plains, TN.
